Child safety policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
CallFave has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy sets out the standards we hold everyone to, how we enforce them and how to report a concern.
1. Adults only
Every CallFave account, fan and creator, must belong to someone 18 or older. Fans confirm their age when they sign up. Creators verify their identity and age with a government ID before they can take calls.
2. What's prohibited
- Any content, conduct or communication that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a minor.
- Any attempt to contact, groom or arrange to meet a minor.
- Any person under 18 appearing on a call.
- Sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
3. How we enforce it
- Calls are recorded and reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team.
- A call where a minor appears is ended and the accounts involved are suspended pending review.
- Accounts that break this policy are permanently banned.
- Apparent CSAM or child exploitation is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, as the law requires.
4. How to report
Report from any call or from My calls, or email safety@callfave.com. Child safety reports are reviewed first. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. You can also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
5. Contact
Our child safety contact is safety@callfave.com.
