Everything else in the Help centerHow does a call work?
Open a creator's page, pick how many minutes you want and join their line. When it's your turn you get an alert and join the video call right in your browser. A countdown shows your time, and the call ends when your minutes are up.
Do I need the app?
No. Calls work in any modern browser on your phone or computer. The CallFave app is coming to iPhone and Android and will add instant alerts when creators you follow go live.
How long is the wait?
Your place in line and a wait estimate are on screen the whole time. The estimate counts the calls ahead of you and the short break the creator takes between calls.
What if I miss my turn?
You have 60 seconds to join once you're called. If you don't join, your spot is released and the hold on your card is cancelled. You pay nothing.
Can I get more time?
If the creator offers extensions, you'll see the extra minutes and the price near the end of your call. Tap to add them; they're charged to the same card right away.
Can I leave the line?
Yes, any time before your call starts. The hold on your card is released and you pay nothing.
