Community guidelines

Last updated October 28, 2026

CallFave works because fans and creators can trust each other on a live call. These rules apply to everyone, on every call. Breaking them can get a call ended, an account suspended or closed, and in serious cases reported to the authorities.

1. Keep it SFW

No nudity, sexual content or sexual requests, ever, from either side. This includes undressing, sexual gestures and suggestive requests. CallFave is not an adult service.

2. Respect each other

  • No harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.
  • No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other identity.
  • No pressuring someone to do something they've said no to.

3. Keep it on CallFave

  • Don't share or ask for phone numbers, addresses, private social accounts or payment outside CallFave.
  • Don't use calls to sell, advertise or recruit.
  • Don't try to move a fan or creator to another platform.

4. No recording

Don't record, screenshot, stream or share any part of a call. CallFave records calls privately for safety; you may not.

5. Nothing illegal or dangerous

  • No violence, self-harm encouragement or dangerous challenges.
  • No drugs, weapons or other illegal goods or activity.
  • No fraud, scams, impersonation or chargeback abuse.

6. 18+ only

Every fan and creator must be 18 or older. Anyone who appears to be a minor on a call will have the call ended and the account reviewed. See our Child safety policy.

7. Reporting and what happens next

Either side can end a call and report it in one tap. Reports are reviewed against the call recording. Outcomes range from a warning to a refund, suspension or permanent ban. For anything urgent email safety@callfave.com; if someone is in danger, call 911 first.
