Refund policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
Most of the time you never need a refund, because you're only charged for calls that happen. Here's exactly when you pay, when you don't, and how to ask for your money back when a call goes wrong.
1. Automatic: you're never charged
- You leave the line before your call starts.
- You don't join within 60 seconds of being called.
- The creator ends their session before your call.
- The call drops in the first 30 seconds.
In each case the hold on your card is cancelled. Your bank may take a few days to remove it from your statement.
2. Automatic: you pay less
If a creator ends your call early, you're charged only for the minutes used, rounded up to the next minute, never more than you bought.
3. When you can ask for a refund
- The creator didn't show up, left early or barely spoke.
- Video or audio didn't work for a large part of the call.
- The creator broke the community guidelines.
- You were charged the wrong amount.
4. How to ask
Open the call in My calls and choose Report a problem within 7 days of the call. Tell us what happened. We review the call, including its recording, and email you a decision, usually within two business days. You can also email support@callfave.com.
5. What we refund
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with: the call, any extra minutes, or both, depending on what went wrong. Tips are refunded if the whole call is refunded. Refunds usually show up in 5 to 10 business days.
6. Not refundable
- Calls that happened as booked, because you changed your mind afterwards.
- Calls you ended early yourself.
- Calls ended because you broke the guidelines.
7. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix it faster. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be closed.
